All final decisions regarding admissions, scholarships, loans, and visas rest solely with the respective institutions, banks, and authorities. Eduzeal's role is to assist and guide, not to determine outcomes.
Any fees charged by Eduzeal for its consultancy services will be communicated to you clearly prior to engagement. Such fees, where applicable, are solely for the advisory and facilitation services provided by Eduzeal and are entirely separate from any fees payable to educational institutions.

Eduzeal may, at its discretion and without obligation, assist students in understanding institutional refund policies or in facilitating communication with institutions. However, such assistance does not create any liability or responsibility on Eduzeal's part for the outcome of institutional decisions.
Any refund of Eduzeal's own consultancy service fees (where applicable) will be governed by the specific terms communicated at the time of engagement.
All content on Eduzeal's website and in its materials — including text, graphics, logos, assessments, guides, videos, and other resources — is the intellectual property of Eduzeal or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eduzeal and its directors, employees, counsellors, and representatives shall not be liable for:

Students agree not to disclose or reproduce proprietary materials, assessment tools, counselling frameworks, or internal processes of Eduzeal to any third party without prior written consent.
Eduzeal reserves the right to discontinue or terminate services to any student, with or without notice, in the event of:
Students may discontinue engagement with Eduzeal at any time by providing written notice. Termination does not affect any obligations or liabilities already incurred.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion and negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), or as mutually agreed.
Eduzeal reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
